This reproduction cast iron ornament is from the famous British record label, HVM ("His Master's Voice"). It shows Dog Nipper with a gramophone and is hand-painted with great detail. At the bottom, it says "ROGERS FOUNDRY, BIRMINGHAM." It's a special piece for any collector's set.
